The House
Behind a black stone wall and a single ember-red sign, three floors open up — and at the very back of the ground floor, a stone bath steams under its own sky.
AUR KYOTO is not a room in a hotel. It is one house, rented whole, to one group. Nobody else checks in, nobody else uses the bath, nobody else walks the stairs.
Three bedrooms, two living rooms, a tatami room with a full suit of samurai armour, a full kitchen and dining table, and an open-air stone bath large enough to sit in together. Parking is inside the house. The villa opened in August 2026 — everything in it is new.

One booking takes the entire villa. For groups, extra nights or anything unusual, write to us directly — we answer ourselves.
Booking directly with us costs you the same and costs the house less than a platform — which is why we can be flexible on group size and length of stay.
